Kim Kardashian’s daughter North, 13, debuts new ‘piercings’

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s firstborn child, daughter North West, has debuted a shocking new look.

This week the 13-year-old nepo baby was spotted leaving Nobu Malibu with silver-toned studs on her thighs. 

It is unclear if the jewelry was applied through piercings or if they are just stickers.

The Daily Mail has reached out to Kardashian’s representatives for comment but has yet to hear back.

It comes after earlier this year the teen displayed a similar look on the backs of her fingers, showing off both studs and barbells.

At the time, the skin around the accessories looked noticeably red and irritated. 

The fashion statement coincided with the release of her single Piercing on My Hand, in which she declares, ‘I want more piercings and tats / I love blue hair, put it in some plaques.’

During Wednesday’s outing at the popular Japanese eatery, North was clad in a baggy, black graphic T-shirt.

She added a pinstriped black mini skirt with lace trim, and knee-high black boots.

The budding music artist, who is following in the footsteps of her famous rap star dad, sported her signature turquoise blue hair.

Her waist-length locks were arranged in a side part and ironed straight.

The fashionista had on a full face of makeup, complete with heavily-applied brown lip liner with a gloss finish.

She concealed her brown eyes in a pair of oversize black sunglᴀsses.

North accessorized further with a spiky black bangle on one wrist and stacked bracelets on the other.

And she showed off an elaborate, square-shaped bejeweled manicure with flared tips.

In addition to North, 45-year-old Kardashian and 49-year-old West share sons Saint, 10, Psalm, seven, and daughter Chicago, eight.

She initially debuted what appeared to be dermal piercings on her fingers in November 2025.

At the time, fans swarmed social media to call out the ‘high-risk’ body art, prompting the youngster to simply reply, ‘It’s okay,’ with a heart-shaped hands emoji.

And in December, she addressed critics of her finger piercing in a TikTok video.

She filmed a short video with a soundbite saying: ‘Why are you crying? How old are you? Just pull it together.’ 

Text over the reel noted: ‘This is for everyone that’s mad over a finger piercing.’

Similarly, in October, she replied to naysayers condemning her temporary face tattoos and blue eye contacts, which she sported with friends days before Halloween.

‘This is such a non-issue,’ she wrote on TikTok.
